Channels not shown by Videocon D2H, money deducted

I have a dish tv connection via vediocon d2h with. from 11th Feb 2019 i am not able to view any channel from the above service provided while i had recharged Rs.200 on 11.2.2019, Rs.500 on 12.02.19 and Rs.100 on 21.2.19 several time talked with their customer care but they are not able to resolved …
