Complaint regarding cable tv service

Past from 2-3 months cable is buffering but when we call cable operator they will we will attend shortly but they won’t resolve the problems I have a video of buffering the cable …. we are paying the bill amt unnecessarily…. kindly take action or resolve this problem .
