Overcharging bill by Idea Celluar

I have taken a rs 99 retension plan from Idea cellluar. I am in UAE and not using my number for any calls/data. I got a bill of rs 500 this month. Kindly take action against idea for charging extra money and exploiting customers. They have already taken rs 3000 from me telling activation charges …

Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails.
