Last year I booked international ticket from easemytrip. But due to covid I was not able travel. Firstly easetrip said they will refund me. Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace.
