Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. His repeated attempts were in vain. He posted his complaint at ICF on 08-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with parties concerned. Mr. Prabu got his refund by 22-01-2015. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. IFB washing machine repairs – Rs.27,350/-: Mr. T Kumarasamy of Chennai purchased a IFB Senorita Aqua washing machine from vasanth & co velacherry. On 16.11.2015 he registered a complaint with IFB service center since the washing machine was not working. A technician from from IFB came on 20.11.2015 and told the panel found faulty and it will be replaced by 23.11.2015 by IFB company since it is under warranty period. Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account. Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010

Refund from Pantaloons – Rs.2,000/- : Ms. Vidya Venugopalan of Chennai 600090, Tamil Nadu ordered product worth Rs 2000 on 14th July with a delivery commitment of 10 days. However, the product was not dispatched and there was no update from the portal even after raising complaint by the customer. Customer posted her complaint with ICF on 23/7/2020 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After follow-ups, the customer got her refund by 4/8/2020. Chennai 600090, Tamil Nadu
