Incorrect benefit received on BSNL recharge

Sir, I would like to say that as per tariff facility showing unlimited 2G/3G DATA (4GB/day) valid from 26/10/2017 to 23/01/2018 on Rs. 489/- recharge (photo copy is attached here). Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one.
