Complaint regarding non-delivery by Myntra, no refund or support

This was about an order i placed bearing ID-12xxxxxxxxxxx1 from Myntra which was wrongly marked as delivered by Myntra on 21st October. But i did not received the product nor they are returning my amount back. Already called them up and they investigated the matter twice but they are not ready to give the money …

Replacement of Iball Mobile Phone -Rs.7,100/-: Mr. Kaustabh Sen of Kolkata 700006, West Bengal (kaustabhsen@gmail.com) had given his phone for repairs to the service center on 09/10/2014. Refund of Rs. 42,000/- + documents from Quikr: Mrs. Sujita Kushwaha, Bangalore 560100, Karnataka paid Rs.42,000/- to Quikr for availing RTO services. Refund from Paytm – Rs.400/-: Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Punjab (Email: rahulaggarwal248[@]gmail.com) wanted to add 400rs paytm cash to his paytm wallet. The money got debited from his bank account but he did not receive the same in the Paytm account. He was told that the money will be refunded but refund was not done. Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji. Lalajionline.com

Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. His application remain unattended till 23-09-2009 when he posted his complaint in the Forum. ICF took up the matter with BSNL officials who were kind enough to resolve the issue. Complaint against Syberplace – Rs.7,999/-: Mrs. Sugi Jose of Rt nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka had placed an order with Syberplace on 07-03-2016 for a smartphone. However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace. Refund from Ostore24 – Rs.575/-: Bhupendra Juvatkar of Thane – 400605, Maharashtra (Email: bhupen_j[at]hotmail.com) ordered 4 Fa Men Deodorant for Rs575.00 plus Rs. 5 shipping on 20th June, 2013 through Axis Credit card, Order ID is 1116. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response. Refund claim against builder/developers – Rs.62,000: Mr. Abhi Tripathi of 3/5 Oxgangs Drive, UK (ukabhi(at)gmail.com) had paid an advance of Rs.61,000/- to a Mumbai based builders for their project near Pali (Mountain Heights) in January 2008. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short-refund – Rs.4,285/-: Mr. Angad Nagpal of Delhi (Email: angad_21(at)hotmail.com) had received short payment of refund against the cancellation of Kingfisher Airlines flight booked through MakeMyTrip in the sum of Rs.4,285/-. After not receiving the short paid refund amount even after reminders, Mr. Nagpal posted his complaint with ICF.
