Refund from Travolook – Rs.17,825/- : Ms. Niharika Pilla of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530013 booked flight tickets from Srinagar to Visakhapatnam on 22/04/2021 for INR17825 and after payment she got a mail that the booking got cancelled due to rise in price and was told that the amount will be refunded within 10-15 days. Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account. Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund.
