Complaint regarding irresponsible cable operators

On feb19 2019 I recharged with amount of 320rs with GTPL cable services .On March 7 my cable services were stopped.when I ask GTPL services they are not answering properly.they are saying we don’t know.please take necessary action and make them accountable. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. However, customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-04-2021. The matter was taken up with Travolook and customer finally got his refund by 20-04-2021. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route. The Forum took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and could successfully obtain the full refund for Mr. Khare. Makemytrip - 07.07.2009

Refund from Across Traveller – Rs.10,000/- – Mr. Kodakandla S Sai of Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh had paid advance to Across Traveller in September 2016 for Kerala Holiday Package but he neither got booking details nor refund. ABN AMRO complaints – ‘World is Yours’ fraud Transaction on credit card – Rs.9,990/-: Ms. Sugandha of Noida (jash222@gmail.com) posted a complaint in the forum on 23-11-2009 with regard to fraudulent charging of her credit card account with Rs.9,990/- on 10-09-2009 under ABN AMRO Bank’s ‘World is Yours’ scheme. Refund from Rediff.com shopping – Rs.1,328/-: Susheel Kumar of Manimajra, Chandigarh (sush_kumar3[@]rediffmail.com) bought a product from rediff.com on 30-11-2014 but did not receive the product even after two weeks. He was given an AWB number but it did not exist. He then requested them to cancel the order but rediff.com was not willing to cancel the order. Repair of Micromax Tab: Mr. Akash Pandey of Rajajipuram, Lucknow 226011, UP submitted his Micromax tablet to their service centre on 11-06-2016 for out-of-warranty service. However, even after two months, the tablet was not repaired. He posted his complaint at ICF on 14-08-2016 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque: Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013.
