Refund from IndiaTimes shopping – Rs.8,590/- : Mr. Nilay Nandy Majumdar ordered one Microsoft Lumia 535 from Indiatimes Shopping on 01-01-2015 vide order No.3004091356 at Indiatimes by paying full amount of Rs.8590/-. At the time of order expected date of delivery was 7th Jan 2015 but after confirmation of my order the delivery date changed to 19th Jan 2015. But even after two weeks he did not receive the product. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route. Damaged air cooler from PayTM – Rs.7599/- : Mr. Abhishek Verma of Nagawara, Bangalore 560077 placed an order for a Symphony air cooler with PayTM on 31st March 2017 but received a broken piece.
