Complaint not being resolved by onsitego even after 5 days

I had filed a complaint with onsitego for non cooling of my AC. I have opted for extended warranty with onsitego who promise to give service within 24 to 48 hrs. I called customer care many a time but every time they give some excuses and again promise to give service at the earliest. But …

Hidden charges by Makemytrip – USD 70.50 (approx INRS 3,650): Sainath Akula, Parkcrest Cir, VA (Email: sainath.a(at)gmail.com) purchased travel tickets from http://www.makemytrip.com for self and family. Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund.
