My order I’d is-117692374 from ShopClues.com. I have defective products which are used and old some of them tubes are empty and smells very bad. Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them. However, even after one month he did not get his money back. He posted his complaint with ICF on 03-01-2017 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. The customer finally got refund by 25-01-2017.
