Delay in delivery of parcel by India Post

I have booked a parcel through Indiapost to Germany from Coimbatore on 07/04/18. Since 09/04/18 tracking is showing that parcel is in Chennai. I have registered a complaint on-line and ref. number for the same is 10008240065 dt 24/04/18 and I havent got any reply/action for the same. This parcel contains books and essential food …
