Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.1640/-: Ms. Myrah Pinto of Pune, Maharashtra had on 26-06-2019 cancelled two tickets booked on Makemytrip and was supposed to get refund of Rs.1640/-. Eventhough MMT provided refund remittance details the amount was not credited to her account due to technical issues. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
