Ajio blocked my account without any notice

Ajio blocked my account without any valid reason. I am paying for orders and it’s my right if I want to return because of size issues or etc . I kept the t-shirts but shoes didn’t fit me so I returned. What’s a big deal. They didn’t send me any notification not to return etc …

The product was despatched on 30-01-2017 however the customer had cancelled the order immediately on 31-01-2017.
