Regarding deposit for hotel booking through Makemytrip

I booked a hotel at Makemytrip, throughout the journey I didn’t saw deposit charges anywhere in billing corner. But in confirmation booking mail I get to know 1.25 times the booking amount is the deposit I need to make in advance. Even contacted Customer care regarding same.. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
