Regarding quality of LPG gas cylinders

Looks like Quality Control checks are nil with HPCL Indane Gas cylinders. Lpg gas is very sensitive and mostly handed by house wife’s alone at home 2 times in 3 months we received faulty Gas cylinders and I had to rush home as wife was panicky.
