Complaint regarding delivery of wrong item by Amazon vendor

Received wrong item(Toy) from Amazon instead professional keyboard amounting 89000. On 15th Dec 2023 received with the delivery of Toy product by Amazon, instead of professional board and amount paid was 89k. They’re saying that right now investigation is in progress. Not sure what would be the end result. Don’t know whom to trust these …

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
