Withdrawal transaction failed but amount deducted from HDFC bank account – Rs.2,500/-: Mr Anil Yadav of New Delhi attempted to withdraw Rs.2,500/- from Corpn. Bank ATM against his HDFC Bank Account. The transactions got cancelled automatically due to certain technical glitch. However, Mr. Yadav found that his account had been debited by Rs.2,500/- for the unsuccessful withdrawal transaction. Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace.
