Jio prepaid plan recharge problem

My jio number is recharged Rs.307/. i am not aware about the difference of jio phone recharge plan and smart phone recharge plan. so i recharged my smart phone without knowledge of jio phone scheme. immediatly i called jio care and ask about my recharge amount in to smart phone plan.they told no reverse plan …

Complaint against Petsstore.in – Rs.1,740/-: Ms. Reshma Naha, Kolkata (rainbowresh[at]yahoo.co.in) ordered for two dog toys with Petsstore.in on 18-03-2013. She received the products after two weeks but wrong items were delivered in a poorly packed condition. The store refused to either replace the product nor refund the money. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs. 849/-: Mr. Sandeep Gupta, Ballia, UP had purchased USB power bank from Snapdeal for Rs. 849.00 but it turned out to be defective. This order was returned back to Snapdeal on 10 Jan 2017 but there was no refund of money was done from Snapdeal side. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account.
