Complaint against sadabahar essentials for non-delivery

I ordered products from sadabahar essentials..i came across this page on Instagram I paid rupees 3500 for product and 450 for shipping… It is over 15 days and there is no response on my order status or delivery…they are not reverting to my calls or messages either. Please help me get a refund K Shah …

Refund from Perfect Value online store – Rs.8,950/- : Mr. Varshil Shah of Ahmedabad 380059, Gujarat placed some orders with Perfect-Value online store. Out of 5 products he received only one that too was damaged. Customer wrote to the company for redressing his grievance but there was no reply from them. Mr. Shah posted his complaint with ICF on 18-10-2021 and the matter was taken up with the company. Customer got his refund by 7/11/2021. Ahmedabad 380059, Gujarat

Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them. However, even after one month he did not get his money back. He posted his complaint with ICF on 03-01-2017 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. The customer finally got refund by 25-01-2017. Refund from GoIbio – Rs.1,957/- – Mr. Ishaan Jaimini of Ahmedabad 380015, Gujarat had booked 3 flight tickets saperately in the month of may by HDFC Smartbuy website using his credit card. Due to operational reason the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself. They refunded the amount to goibibo immediately in 30 mins and GoIbibo confirmed the customer that he will get refund within 3 hrs to HDFC SMartbuy account. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
