Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled. Even after a month she did not get refund from Makemytrip or Spicejet. She posted her complaint with ICF on 08-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with MMT. Memory card not delivered by Homeshop18 – Rs.299/-: Satish.R of Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email:satishktg@rediffmail.com) ordered Sandisk 4GB memory card In HOMESHOP18 ON LINE on 16-10-12 and was informed that the same will be delivered in 6 days. Until 2nd November the product was not delivered and Mr. Satish posted his complaint with ICF. The matter was taken up with Homeshop18 and Mr. Satish finally got the refund for the product. Refund from Jabong – Rs.1208/- : Ms. Pinky Das, Kolkata ordered products from Jabong of Rs. 1208/- on 16th August 2015 Order number 160816185908143 by using my credit card via Paytm Gateway. Due to delay of delivery, the order was cancelleded. Jabong said they have initiated the refund on 21st August 2016 and their transfer is successful and the refund was done to Paytm. Refund from Shopclues – Rs.673/- : Ms. Sujatha Nair of Fort, Mumbai ordered (130128180) for Micro Fibre 3 Double Bedsheets with 6 pillow covers on 24/10/17 with Shoplcues but they sent her one Doormat instead. The customer sent numerous emails to Shopclues but there was no action on their part to resolve the issue. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of refund against delayed flights from Milwaukee to Delhi via Chicago and Frankfurt: Mr. Kumar Vijay Mishra (vizziee(at)yahoo.com) of Fort Collins CO USA 80521 had booked a ticket from Milwaukee to Delhi via Chicago and Frankfurt (on 5th Feb 2010) and back on the same route (on 12th Feb 2010). Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com.
