Complaint regarding Reliance BIG TV services

My RELIANCE BIG TV DTH connection(Andrapradesh/South india).from past 3 months they not provided major channels(Telugu).last to last month it stopped all E TV channels by showing error “Services will resume shortly” .Next month they stopped all SUN network channels also. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs. 849/-: Mr. Sandeep Gupta, Ballia, UP had purchased USB power bank from Snapdeal for Rs. 849.00 but it turned out to be defective. This order was returned back to Snapdeal on 10 Jan 2017 but there was no refund of money was done from Snapdeal side. Cancellation and refund from Tradus Rs.4,201/-: Akshay Bhat of Jharkhand (akshay[at]astra.xlri.ac.in) ordered one Casio Edifice watch from Tradus at a discounted price of Rs.4201/-. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.249/-: Mr. Tapas Kar of Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal (Email: tapaskar007@gmail.com) ordered “Karpine Flip Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG” from Flipkart.com on 13 September,2014. But he received a damaged product and was assured of refund by Flipkart. But the defective product was not picked up and no refund was made even after repeated requests.
