I brought a new Xiaomi Y1 from amazon on 27th December’17 and delivered it on 29th December. I had issue with the mobile its Audio Jack of 3.5 is not suitable with normal 3.5 headset. So i had rasied a compliant. My concern is to get the refund of the same, but Amazon customer service …

They failed to deliver the product even after continuous follow up. They finally said the would refund the money but Mr. Kishore did not get the money.
