Unable to cancel ticket through Yatra.com

I tried to cancel my ticket for tommorrow from new to imphal through yatra portal but it told me cancel through the airline ( Air Asia) as the travel time is next day morning at 9.15 am departure time . The toll free number provided on the internet doesnt work at all . How would …
