Refund from Asia Steel – Rs.5,000/-: Mr. Navin Prasath of Ullagaram, Chennai 600091, Tamil Nadu had ordered for an antique oval sofa plus other items by paying a sum of Rs.5,000/- in advance on 04-11-2017. Even after three months he did not get delivery of the products. Mr. Navin Prasath posted his complaint with ICF on 08-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the dealer, following which the customer got refund on 13-02-2018. Ullagaram, Chennai 600091, Tamilnadu

Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. Refund from Shopkaar.com – Rs.5,999/- : Gautam Kumar Prasad, Kathara, Bokaro 829116, Jharkhand ordered for a Redmi mobile worth Rs.5999/- on website shopkaar.com through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund. Mr. Prasad posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2018 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After follow-ups, Mr. Prasad got refund on 13-01-2018. However, she did not receive the order even after a month and her telephone calls to the customer care did not yield any fruitful results.
