Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to. Replacement by Fire Boltt – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Ajit Kumar of Patna, Bihar 800023 purchased Fire Boltt smart watch from Amazon but faced issues with the device within the warranty period.
