Defective Samsung mobile sold through Ebay – Rs.19,799/-: Mr. Jagadiswara Reddy, Bangalore (jagadish.t.reddy[@]gmail.com) had ordered one brand New SAMSUNG GALAXY Note2 N7100 with Ebay on 26-07-2014. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
