Leela fashions sent a wrong catalogue, not providing support

I ordered for mari b lawn catalogue but i was sent a different catalogue of maria b lawn. Was told it is original but pathetic material I ordered for nity kurti catalogue l size but was instead sent xl size. I was refused refund and statement was made jo karna hai karo..hamari policy ni hai …

Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
