Complaint against UPS for clearing consignment in wrong HSN code

Few days back, my consignment came from USA. The consignment was of synthetic food flavours used in beverage or baking. The hsn code corresponding to it is 33029090 or 33021010 which has basic custom duty of 10%. These people deliberately cleared in wrong hsn code which has 30% custom duty even though i requested them …

But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails.
