I had booked Air India flight ticket for Kol-Hyd in Feb 2020 through Make my trip app which got cancelled due to Pandemic. I raised the refund request raised in Feb 2021. And since then I am waiting for refund. When I talk to make my trip they say that Air India is not refunding …
