Refund not received from Ebay

Dear Sir/Madam, refund approved on 12 Aug.17for claim id 3031466 PaisaPay id 45531180758 but not credited to my account till date. please note that I did complain a thousand times but still Ebay.in seems ignore about my requestings ebay.in is fraudulent, please help me to avoid the same! Non-delivery of Ostore24 – Rs.1000/-: Ms. S Shamna of Trivandrum, Kerala (Email: shamna.s[at]nestgroup.net) had Ordered L’Oreal Force Vector Shampoo (1500ml) from Ostore24 online shopping site for Rs.1000 through Internet Banking(SBI), Order ID is 1336. But she did not receive the product even after 15 days. She had sent many mails their support team but got no response. Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010. Complaint regarding ICICI Bank credit card settlement: Mr. Umesh Yawalkar of Pune(info(at)smrtec.com) had posted a complaint with the Forum in connection with his dispute with ICICI Bank credit card account. Refund from Perfect Value online store – Rs.8,950/- : Mr. Varshil Shah of Ahmedabad 380059, Gujarat placed some orders with Perfect-Value online store. Out of 5 products he received only one that too was damaged. Customer wrote to the company for redressing his grievance but there was no reply from them. Refund from GoIbibo – Rs.1,145/-: Sudeshna Basu Mallick of Balanagar, Hyderabad, AP (sude.basu[@]gmail.com) had booked a Deluxe Non AC Room for her parents Hotel Kinnera Comforts at goibibo.com on November 8th. However when her parents went to check in they were told they had to pay Rs 1145 extra as the booking was done in November at a rebate but in December the rates have risen.
