Complaint against valuekart for non-delivery

Product not delivered by valuekart.in Value: ? 54,597.59. Placed an order(XCSNEFAXK) for Apple iPhone 11 Pro (64GB, Space Gray) on 1st November,2020 but the product never received even after 3 months. Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Refund from GoIbio – Rs.1,957/- – Mr. Ishaan Jaimini of Ahmedabad 380015, Gujarat had booked 3 flight tickets saperately in the month of may by HDFC Smartbuy website using his credit card.
