Complaint regarding delay in delivery by Ondot couriers

Delay my consignment. Value: 5000 rs I booked my consignment by ON DOT courier service by date 05-06-2018 from Allahabad to thane, Maharastra it’s around 10 days now not delivered yet. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails.
