Hi, I’ve purchased a Voltas 1.5 ton spilt ac on 18th may 2017. The first month it worked fine but it stopped working(wasn’t cooling) in its first month. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Wrong roaming plan activated by Airtel – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Satish of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh had wanted to activate roaming package for USA for his employer’s son and he was asked to do a recharge of Rs.3,999/- by Airtel. Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address.
