When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Mr. Rizvi registered and paid Rs2714 but after registration they again asked to pay about 7000 to register for two more module that will help him get the direct call from company HR. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013.
