Slow internet speed on Jiofi

Recently I had purcahsed the jiofi device with a 60 GB plan with 3 months validity assuring speeds of 150 MBPS but I was shocked to find out the speed was just 600 Kbps so I contacted customer services after a lot of enquires they just gave me the excuse that they are improving services …

Refund from styletag.com – Rs.3,948/-: Ms. Swati Jain of Agra, U.P (jainswati16[@]gmail.com) placed an order with styletag.com on 18-10-2014 for 5 items but received one one after one month and remaining items were not delivered. There was no response from the portal to her complaints. She posted her complaint at India Consumer Forum on 22-11-2014 and the complaint was taken up with the portal. Refund from Jabong – Rs.1208/- : Ms. Pinky Das, Kolkata ordered products from Jabong of Rs. 1208/- on 16th August 2015 Order number 160816185908143 by using my credit card via Paytm Gateway. Due to delay of delivery, the order was cancelleded. Jabong said they have initiated the refund on 21st August 2016 and their transfer is successful and the refund was done to Paytm. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled. Even after a month she did not get refund from Makemytrip or Spicejet. She posted her complaint with ICF on 08-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with MMT. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace.
