Refund from Travolook – Rs.2,175/-: Mr. Shabir Ahmed Ahmed of Rajouri, Jammu & Kashmir had tried to book flight tickets on Travolook 12-11-2020 however the tickets were not booked due to fare expiration. The customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 30-01-2021. The matter was taken up with Travolook and after follow-ups customer got his refund by 9-2-2021. Complaint against Hindustan Lever Pureit. Mr. Rupendrasinh Parmar of Narmada, Gujarat (Email: kaalirupen(at)yahoo.co.in) had lodged a complaint on 01-03-2010 regarding servicing of his defective Pureit. ICF had submitted the complaint to Hindustan Lever and the same was resolved on 02-03-2010.

However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace. Replacement of Toshiba laptop battery: Mr. S M Bakshi of Belagavi 590006, Karnataka bought a laptop battery (compatible, not original) for his Toshiba Laptop on 19 March 2017 from Expression Marketing and Services.
