Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. However, customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-04-2021. The matter was taken up with Travolook and customer finally got his refund by 20-04-2021. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.18,999/-: Ms. Dhanya Nair of Pathanamthitta, Kerala (dhanscn[at]gmail.com) placed an order with Snapdeal for a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini i9192 Black Mist on Cash on Delivery basis. She could not open the courier before making the amount. However, after making the payment, she was astonished to find 2 pieces of wood and one piece of stone in the case instead of the mobile. Replacement of Sony TV – Rs.85,000/- : Mr. Ramkumar Kaleeswaran of Bangalore, Karnataka purchased one Sony LED TV from Ezone on 09-05-2016.
