Defective product received from Snapdeal vendor

Sir, I have ordered a “Tag Sky-Hookah vaporizer” via snapdeal. Suborder Id:31942491958. My problem is, this product is defictive, not working & the flavor is not inside the package. Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them.
