MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-: Mr. Soutik Das (das.soutik@indiatimes.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. The shop had assured replacement of AC if he faces any problem. There was problem with AC and he did not get any assistance from the company and the shop.
