Regarding non-delivery of PAN card by Velex couriers

My PAN card was dispatched from NSDL mumbai on 31 Dec 2021 .received at velex courier Uttam Nagar Branch on 6 jan 2022. And till date lying there. NO BODY IS BOTHERED. neither NSDL office to track whether there card received to customer nor this velex company. My awb no is 23317984939 Please get it …

Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
