Replacement of phone by Micromax – Rs.9,600/-: by Mrs. Sunita Sharma of Kota -324005, Rajasthan bought Micromax A108 mobile on August 13th 2014 from authorised dealer. After 3 months touch started creating trouble. Micromax service center detected hardware issue and said replacement needs to be made. Even after 40 days the device was not repaired. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short-refund – Rs.4,285/-: Mr. Angad Nagpal of Delhi (Email: angad_21(at)hotmail.com) had received short payment of refund against the cancellation of Kingfisher Airlines flight booked through MakeMyTrip in the sum of Rs.4,285/-. After not receiving the short paid refund amount even after reminders, Mr. Nagpal posted his complaint with ICF.
