Regarding refund due from Myntra

Refund not received in online shopping. Value: Rs. 255. I had ordered a dress from myntra shopping app. The dress was returned and another dress was ordered of a lower cost. I received the dress but the difference amount i have not received. The app is only taking complain and not doin anything. kindly please …

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from Citrus Checkinns – Rs.20,000/-: Mr. Vineet Mampilly of Navsari, Gujarat (Email: vineet.tm[at]gmail.com) paid on 15-04-2013 a sum of Rs.20,000/- on the basis of the vacation packages offered by the representatives of Citrus Checkinns.
