TrackOn courier services lost my parcel and they are not even sorry for doing so. They just said that they have so many parcels and it’s natural to lose parcels. They just do not value the customers. When asked for reimbursement they said it could be only done at the end of the month. Why …

Non-delivery by Fitnessworld.in – Rs.6499/-: Mr. Sayantan Das of Howrah – 711101, West Bengal (sayantan_sou[@]yahoo.co.in) placed an order of Lifeline Manual Treadmill Basic Model from fitnessworld.in on 10/11/2014. The product was not shipped even after 10 days though the Fitnessworld gave false way bill numbers. Mr. Das posted his complaint with ICF on 25-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with the company. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
