Complaint regarding refund due from Amazon

I have ordered 4 products from Amazon and return them as product quality was poor, Amazon picked up products from me and told me to wait after that, they continuously, kept me waiting by giving different reasons every time. Later they sent me mail that my refund is issued, but I haven’t received any refund …

Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.6,688/-: Mr. Anshu Tomar of Hyderabad, Telengana booked Spicejet ticket from Hyd to Del- SG226 (Travel date: 25 Dec 2014) & Del to Hyd ( Travel date: 4 Jan 2015)-SG235. He subsequently cancelled his Spicejet tickets on 24-12-2014 due to operational issues of Spicejet.
