Complaint regarding refund from Hathway

Hathway refund not received. I submited the hathway wifi router on 11-09-2017 to hathway office mira road. But yet i didnt got my refund of the router. Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from Citrus Checkinns – Rs.20,000/-: Mr. Vineet Mampilly of Navsari, Gujarat (Email: vineet.tm[at]gmail.com) paid on 15-04-2013 a sum of Rs.20,000/- on the basis of the vacation packages offered by the representatives of Citrus Checkinns.
