Refund from Kidzee – Rs.14,500/-: Mr. Sankar Roy of Barasat, Kolkata 700128 had admitted his daughter at junior kg at kidzee barasat, kolkata, for the new session to be started from April 2015. But before starting of the new session he applied for the withdrawal of his daughter from the school and requested to refund the fees of Rs.14500 which the school authorities denied to refund. A technician from from IFB came on 20.11.2015 and told the panel found faulty and it will be replaced by 23.11.2015 by IFB company since it is under warranty period. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Samsung for Samsung Grand 2 – Rs.21,000/-: Mr. Akash Doshi of Mumbai, Maharashtra (akashdoshi009[@]yahoo.in) had persistent complaints with his new Samsung Grand 2. He had made frequent visits and complaints to the service center but still the issue did not get resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 06-11-2014 and matter was taken up with Samsung.
