Refund complaint against MakeMyTrip – Rs.32,444/-: Rahul Lodha & Deepali Jain of Parsiwada, Maharashtra (Email: rahullodha26(at)gmail.com) had booked from Delhi to Leh (on August 3rd 2010) through Make My Trip (MMT) for August 15th , 2010 by Kighfisher. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled. Even after a month she did not get refund from Makemytrip or Spicejet. She posted her complaint with ICF on 08-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with MMT. Refund from Adidas – Rs.5099/- : Mr. Amrit Hans of Khunti 835210, Jharkhand ordered one men hoodie from on Addidas portal on 30/09/2022. He used debit card for paying but the payment failed first time though the money was debited from his account. Complaint against Yatra.com for non-receipt of refund against unsuccessful transaction – Rs.5,818/-: Mr Shekhar Pal of Kolkata (dr_rspal(at)rediffmail.com) had tried to book a return ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata with Yatra.com on 14th Sept,09 using my HDFC bank credit card. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. Complaint against Surya Roshni Ltd. for interest: Ms. Poonam Tyagi of Mumbai-400094, MAHARASHTRA invested in FD with Surya Roshni Ltd. There company delayed the issuance of FDR and upon further pursuing the matter the company sent a cheque for the FDR investment amount though the cheque got dishonored.
