Short refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.18,370/- : Mohammad Azam of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Email: sahibeazam[at]gmail.com booked two return tickets on makemytrip.com few months ago by paying Rs.33,786. Subsequently, due to some personal issues he cancelled the booking. MMT informed that they he would get a refund of Rs.25,786 after deductions. However he got only Rs.7,016/-.
